World war 2 ribbon help

Hey y'all, I found this ribbon today. Ip the house was built In 1946 by the VA for returning us soldiers. I have knowledge that the original owner was in the Navy so I was wondering what the ribbon was issued for. The dye apparently bled through and stained the ribbon

what you have of course is a pin back...perhaps one of these two, both of WWII vintage....American campaign or Asia pacific....

yep...Pa just turned 91, he has some of those ribbons himself.....
 

Nice find wheatfinder13 whatever the Ribbon was for , i'm sure if was well deserved .
