WOW! I got out again

I think I am hooked. I went out again today to a city park for a couple hours. Found a $1.28 in clad two keys a foreign coin and a lot of trash. Does anyone here have any idea where this coin is from or what it is. It doesn't have a date or anything I recognize on it. Just some type of writting in a non-English lettering.

Hmmm, hard to see. the closest looking coin in my (sub-standard, not red) coin book was from Gambia, Africa.
The only resemblance I see is the head gear. Then again is could be anything.
