wreath half of buckle

As you know I am a new member,and still learning where to research things.
I found this back in the spring and sent to W&E Mark Parker.It was in Oct.08 issue.
My question is has anyone found or have pic. of other half?South Carolina or Virginia plates.Any info

Nice find!! Is that what they pegged it as?? VA or SC?? My Dad dug a SC years ago.... and ended up selling it!!! I saw it at the Northern Virginia Relic show later.. with a matching wreath... $3000 then he sold it for.. sad day!!!
