Hello treasure hunters!
I am happy and excited to join this wonderful community of like-minded folks. My main interest is shipwrecks.
I have been studying Brazilian laws and regulations regarding researching, salvaging shipwrecks lately. Does anyone here have real life experience in obtaining research, recovery permits from Brazilian governmental bodies? I mean how realistic is it? How long does it take? Do you know of any successful recovery operations there?
I have many more questions on my list but let me start with these few. Your help is much appreciated.
