Written Permission

Can anyone tell me where to find a "boiler plate" form to get a private owner's permission to hunt a property? I'm hoping to find something online, print it out and fill in the blanks. Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.

Glad to help. Rarely use one though unless someone starts to either balk about ins. liabilities or I think it's worth my time. Usually I just go with a verbal agreement as most landowners here are pretty friendly, at least the ones I've run into.
