Ws4 back phones ?

The headphones are waterproof correct? Just the remote isn't . On the xp site it says the headphones are but someone told me there not. Just want to make sure I can still wear them if it starts raining.

I thought I read somewhere they are "rain proof" not water proof. Meaning you can where them in the rain without a problem
I've got the under water kit and it came with a pair of waterproof ear buds. If the WS4 were waterproof why would they have different headphones with the underwater kit? I don't think I will test my $329 WS4 to find out.
