x-terra 70 pinpoint button

I am having troubles with my pinpoint button I have to push it 3-4 time sometimes to get it to work and the same to get if off. the button is not flat and it still clicks but does nothing most of the time. it will work if you push it really hard but I am not comfortable pushing it that hard. Has anyone else had this problem? It is still under warranty I think and have sent minelab an email about it.

its common xterra problem. you need to change push button membrane. its cost not much. send it to minelab. good luck
