  • Location: Michigan, hunting older sites with iron being the predominate trash item
  • Noise cancel: auto
  • GB: 11-20
  • Tracking: Yes
  • All Metal with the "busiest" iron segment notched out
  • Tones: 1 or 2
  • TID Stability: no preference
  • Beach Mode: sometimes on land with 3 Khz coil

I like to hear the threshold null on the notched out iron segment. It lets me know to slow down and/or reduce sensitivity.

Using Beach mode with LF coil on land sites can sometimes help with certain types of iron/contamination.

Noise cancel, different at each site
GB, differes at each site
tracking, yes
pattern, I use pat. 1 99% of time

I bought the 3khz coil in june and have not had it off since I bought it, my silver and old copper (indians) finds have soared since using this coil!
