I am lucky enough to be fairly close to the Whites factory. I have had 3 occasions where my XLT needed service. Not bad for 20 years.

I just got back last week after taking it in, and I noticed that all of my stock programs were erased.

Easy enough to put them back in, but I am thinking that they replaced the whole board, as opposed to repair it.

Anyone else have this experience with a programmable unit?

I am happy to think that it is an all new board...

Sounds like you came out ahead!
