Called Garrett the other day and asked about a new pouch for my Infinium. I told them I have had trouble with the Velco on the pouch not staying closed. When I bend over to dig, the control unit almost falls out. The gentlemen asked me for my address and low and behold, I get a new pouch in the mail today. That was a total surprise.

Garrett's good that way. love them I had a lg coil go bad. call them wanting to know if it could be repaired. they sent me a new one no questions asked.
