I believe that it's from the early 1900's. One lock book dates a couple of very similar Yale models from the 1920's.

(The back appears to be stamped "Yale & Towne," and the earliest locks bearing that mark are from 1883.)

Thanks, PBK. It's older than I thought. Seems like it would work, but I didn't find the key.

Any good locksmith should be able to supply one fairly inexpensively. I think some of the case numbers were key codes rather than model numbers, and if so it would be a stock key.
