Well the fields are all planted down here and don't have any old places to go that aren't pounded to death all-ready. So I went down to the middle school and detected an area I had never searched before. I got a pretty decent amount of clad, did much better than the day before in the city park. Had less trash like can-slaw and haloed out screw caps to slow me down.

Thanks cjon455 8-) I have found out that with this coil a bit more sensitivity helps boost my nickel count a good deal, still get some "Nickle Wrongs!" tho like that button! When I found it was going "Thats a strange nickel !" and theres the ever present "lawnmower-ized" half a square tab (lots less of these at cleaner spots tho)

Hi ArthurC, I was using my E-Trac with the CoilTek platypus coil, I used to run sensitivity at around 10 now I am using 11 or 12 most of the time sometimes 13 if I can handle the sounds.
