Yesterday's Cumberland find

I just saw one advertised for sale that is identical to mine in looks and size. It is on Relicshack.com for $1500. WOW!!!!!!!!! Y'all have really made me feel good about this find. When I found it I didn't know what it was so I wrapped it in toilet paper and put it in a medicine bottle I carry for my finds. Later, when I showed it to my buddy he almost #hi%. I almost did the same when he told me what it was and the value of it. It is going in a case of its own till I decide whether to keep it or sell it. Would hate to sell a once-in-a-lifetime find but poor people like me need $. Hard decision. Wifey says sell,sell,sell.

Wow, wow, wow, is about all I can say. What you found is probably more rare than finding a gold coin MD'ing. Folks can hunt their entire lives and be blessed to find even a broken back off a C-land. You did real well, if you do decide to sell take plenty of pics and make sure you get a decent deal, don't get burned. Major thumbs up ......................

Wow, what a score. when i first saw it I thought Paleo being i had not read or seen much on Cumberland.

It would be very tough for me to part with a museum quality piece like that....Rare find.

You probably have a better chance of finding a new wife than finding another nice Cumberland....

Keep the wife and the point though....

We found our first fluted points 59 days apart. That's pretty cool!
