The last item looks to be part of a door lock like the one pictured below, but it is so corroded it hard to tell. Is the bracelet marked?

I think the top item is a pepper mill part, namely a very worn "male grinder", I think that mainly because of the square hole.
Is there a worn down spiral pattern visible on the conical surface of it?
Can you show as a side and bottom-view?
