I have the projector that will play those home movies....picked it up in a house cleanout last month.....cool finds.

Isn't it strange and a little sad that what were once treasured items to someone become just junk to someone else? Let us know if you are able to hear what is on those reel to reel tapes. I remember guys in the service used to send recordings home on reel-to-reel. That was long, long before cell phones or the internet. Then again, they might just be hours and hours of Lawrence Welk. "An a one, an a two..." LOL

I wish it was film - I collect old Projectors , 16mm , 8mm . These are audio tapes .Reel to Reel .

I got this old tape player at the dump last month - no it was not in a ziploc baggie. I think I'll clean it , and see if it works . With these tapes .
