I played with those when I was little That looks like it could be even older than the 70's, is it bordered by metal? Try looking up the company, might find when they were in business

Mine wasn't so fancy, it was stamped wood. Also folks took it away when I tried throwing it forward and the string broke and hit my little brother in the head. I told him not to duck, he didn't.
