You Gotta Have Heart. I've Got a Brass One Now.
The last beautiful Saturday of the year, and by the luck of the draw I had to work.
I managed to squeeze in an hour or so after work
at a site where an old 2 story frame house once stood. I dug a 1941 Wheat Cent, and a heart shaped container. It might have been for makeup, but not really sure. I'm guessing it's from the 1890-1910 time period. It's 2 7/8" W X 3" H, and it's a 1/4" deep.
I used a little shaving cream to make the design stand out for the photo.

Not much to look at, but at least I got to swing a coil before it got dark....barely.
Thanks for looking, and Happy Hunting!!
