Had to go before the rain came in, new site. 300 year old ricefield causeway, colonial traveled, the British accompanied the early settlers for protection against Indians. I have hunted area for 20 years and always find new areas, almost overwhelming at times.
The first is a British crown pin or button, possibly dragoon!
Second is also believed British, unexplained by me!

These were found on a revolutionary ferry crossing - my ggg grandfather fought with Francis Marion on this site.
