i found this a couple months ago on Maui i swear i didn't put those marks in the rim its to bad it is nearly perfect i just thought you might like to see it i sure like looking at it happy hunting!!!!

The legend translates to: "The Life of the Land is Perpetuated in Righteousness"; and ten cents is written as UMI KENETA. The coin was struck in San Francisco from silver furnished by the Hawaiian government-- with a mintage of 250,000. Minting continued into the next year but the coin's date was not changed.
