Back on Fort Myers Beach this morning about 8:30 am with the Equinox 600. Another detectorist came up to me with his AT Pro and "enlightened" me that a group of guys comes to the area every night after the bars close and cleans up the area. I thanked him for the information and went on to have a pretty good morning. Patience and good ears pays off. The ring rang up a solid, repeatable 10.

No place is ever hunted out and that detectorist was probably trying to protect "his" detecting area. IMHO: He should keep his wisdom to himself, slow down and dig the mid-tones.
