All types of BFOs owned. Especially want White's Arrow; White's Oremaster; Exanimo Spartan Little Monster; Garrett contract Little Monster.
While listening to a speech by a VA rep we were told that for some
unknown reason more vietnam vets are developing type 2 diabetes
than are normal for the general population. We were also told that
when a claim is filed with the VA they are being granted 100%
disability. They also stated that it applies to all branches but that the
Navy has been vetoeing claims when the sailor can not prove to have
served ashore. They are allowed to appeal.
At any rate here are the
most important facts from this statement. Get your blood tested to
see if you are developing diabetes. The earlier you learn about it the
better it is for you and your health. If you are already known to be
diabetic and are type 2 (insulin dependant) file your claim and start
collecting your tax-free benefits. Based on what I get for my disabilty
I'm guessing that 100% would be $1230 per month. This is over
and above any money that you make at your job. I did not learn if
they were eligible for free insulin but know for a fact that my wife's
three month supply costs over $600 not counting the testing supplies
and needles. Good luck and God Bless you all. siegfried schlagrule

I've just started a new round of testing for Agent Orange. I was wondering why so many people were asking if I was diabetic. Actually from what I understand 100% disability is worth almost $2,400.00 per month.

There is a benifit for personal who were harmed by radiation and agent orange . My father recieved 75000. from the DEPT .of justice 1.5 years ago.All tax free. The VA denied every clam but you have to go through the Dept. of justice and have your med .records . My father was envolved in nuke testing in the early 60s and has had cancer and several other problems .Thanks for your service . :icon_salut:
