I bought a SeaHunter again last year. Took it out last week and found 4 rings in 2 days. One of the silver rings was found almost 16 +/- inches down. And no, it wasn't falling further into the hole with each scoop for those that are wondering. It started out as a faint signal that got louder with each scoop down. I also found a 20 gauge shotgun shell at least the same distance down.
