Short hunt end of low tide . There were cuts all over the place. Forgot may camera. Was able to dig some clad. Had to move higher up found the 1953 Franklin half at the bottom of a 4ft cut. 1964 quarter came from wet sand. Other coin thing says thank you and a number smile on other side ??? NO gold! Be back to night for low.

It looks like you got a lot of rain lately. The next East Coast Tropical storm is moving out of the Gulf soon. Looks like you have a lot going in the right direction. In SC the beach is still flat as a pancake. The gold is there and you are not far from it. Looking forward to see what you find tonight. HH Ralph

Re: Detecting S C after Hurricane Igor 9-20-22

I decided to go toward Charleston,SC and finally ended up a Folly beach for 2 Days. Didn't fine any Silver or Gold but new coins near the High dunes and some at Low tide at the waters edge near the pier.I normally don't hunt the dry sand. The C.War Minnie Bullet is from the waters edge and is the 1st time I've found one with a different base. Hope to see alot of Pirates at Niagara Falls, FMDAC Hunt on October 17-18-2010-goldnugget-Charlotte,N.C.
