I am not in PA but I would assume it is. The Ace 250 is a great machine for the money. You can browse YouTube and see all the Ace 250 videos...Good Luck!

The Tesoro Compadre or the Tesoro Silver Umax have gotten great reviews. They are Beep and Dig detectors. Lifetime warranty. Site sponsor KellyCo has them. My Silver UMax has paid for itself with finds, and has helped find a wedding band, which was returned to owner.
