Went out with TreasureFiend today for a few hours. He worked the wash, while I worked the water. Lots of trash, and a few silver coins too. Managed to dig 2 14k rings, one of which has a really nice sapphire, and part of a ??k chain/bracelet. All in all a good hunt. 5 silver coins and 3 pieces of gold. the first pic is a little blurry, but has a nice shot of the sapphire. the 2nd pic is a bit clearer. Enjoy and HH.
Small ring 1.4g, larger ring 7g, and chain piece 1.7g

Thanks. You'll get to see the sifter I built in TreasureFiends video once he puts it up. Thinking that maybe 16" long sides would have been a little bit better, but this one works great too.

Nice finds, particularly gold chain its difficult detect with metal detector, so you hunt slowly for to get it. The majority hunters dont find Small gold chain but you are king of detecting on the beach. Happy hunting.

Funny you should mention it. I dug it out because of a different target that I heard. I actually pulled out a pocket knife out of the hole with part of the chain hanging of the edge of my scoop. Tried digging around in the hole for the rest of it with no luck. At least I know there is still another part of a gold chain out there.
