wet sand .
Hi:hello:

So beautiful out today at mid-morning and I was just dying to get out there.

Hank needed fresh air and a bit of exercise to boost his morale so I suggested the obvious:laughing7:

Low tide damp sand was where the hunt took place; found a '64 "Roosie" , and a nice size sterling cross.

Cross is stamped A. Gale Inc. Sterling

Finished by noon to get home for some homemade :hello2:pumpkin cheesecake

Hmmmmmmmmm...I'm sure Hank will need more fresh air and exercise tomorrow:headbang:

Here's some pics...it's great to be back posting

I never have done very well at the beach, but finding a silver dime and cross
would be pretty nice :).

Hi Sir Gala Clad,

No towel line at this area as it is today; but many moons ago ( 30+ years) it was a very active, popular beach with cottages on the opposite side of the road ( the road and cottages are no longer there...torn to pieces. but the "goodies" remain.

I love to hunt areas like this.

Lorraine

The BEST Christmas gift is seeing Hank getting around. This is truly good news. As always! It's nice to see your finds. I still hate rocks. At least the one's out of water. :occasion14:
