Back at ya...

Off to the salty sands... low tide and a sunrise.

Someone's gotta keep it clean. :)

ARRRRG !
IT IS HOT !
Normally we are off the sand by 10ish... there at sunrise...
Today being ole 4th and all we decided to keep going due to the finds...
At about 11 the breeze stopped... and this heat started in hard...
by 11:30 it had jumped up serious...
15 mins later we started to cook...
by noon I was starting to cry from my forehead and was blind in one eye from it.

Then I was blinded from the mass of sweat dripping in my eyes.
My left eye was completely out of order... I mean it was stung shut.

Looked at my girl who was in as bad shape... she was in middle of dead white sand on VB court just cooking.
I gave her the look and side nod and...

We were outta there... sheesh.
I saw several people who are going to be hurting BAD tomorrow... red as stop signs. heh

We came home and got into the shower on cold.
man is it hot on that sand today.
bah !

Welp gotta get the detector ready for tomorrow :P

Not me... heh.
I don't really burn.
But many people who have headed out there that normally do not on a reg basis are going to be feeling the after effects ALL week.

Besides I don't have pics of them...
It was a nude beach,,, :P

j.k.

But did stop in a park for free food ... took a few crowd starting around us pics. heh

Cant say how the pics will come out either... beings the Gpro is still a mystery box to me...
And I have had the damn thing over 2 years.

Got it for mount on the boat overhead... just been dry for almost three now.

Did bring my Sony though and snapped a few with it as well.
Those will be ok I know.

I really appreciate people taking photos and videos while hunting. It is a great educational opportunity for me.
However, so far I find I am far too busy trying to figure out the detecting, digging and bagging steps to fit in videos and photos.

Thus why I don't normally do it.

I totally agree with what you say, but all of that is in the past (history).
It is my opinion that what is most is important is to be aware of where we are now (the current)
and project what we observe / are able to figure out into the future as best we can!

"Freedom is just another word for nothing left to loose"
