Sorry. This is a few days puttering around Rehoboth. The beach has been replenished so as you can see there is a lot of military hardware in the sand. The fragmented shells and bullets sound like great targets on my CZ-21. Do you all have any idea what those grey cone shape objects are. They are definitely not lead

Wow. Haven't hunted there since the early 70s! Those washers might be zinc although they look like galvanized.

I love the WWII ordnance. I have never hunted there but have been to Lewes, Dewey and Bethany. Did best at Lewes and Indian River.

I have never detected anything with posting there but check out the Indian River Inlet cottages. I have stayed the weekend there many times in the off season.

They do look like shoe cleats but I feel as they must be somehow related to munitions because I started finding them after replenishment of the beach. Do you all know if the bullets are brass or copper? Thanks for the comments
