Ahhh....look into the British connexion.
British connection, French connection-What has any of this to do with Bedford & Botetourt counties in Virginia, the 2nd year of te Confederate War, and Ward copyrighting and publishing the Beale Papers in 1885?
"When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth"-Sir Arthur Conan Doyle/as Sherlock Holmes.
While I know you have spent years on the Beale story, and I respect your years of research, you have presented no evidence that connects to the Beale Papers, why Ward published it in 1885,and why it was for sale only in Lynchberg, Virginia, not in France or England.
When it all comes down, the 1885 Beale Papers, copyrighted by Ward, is nothing more than a dime western/treasure novel that was vogue in the 1880's, and no matter how hard one tries to fit REAL history into the story told in the job pamphlet, the connexion will always fall short.

Fear of war with Britain about a half century later would inspire Russia to sell America Alaska. Still a chess game....
America wanted, needed control of... the Mississippi. Spain could in the past and now France could 'shut er down'. Not comfy for the U.S..
With fresh title in hand from a weakened Spain though not Spain's desire to see it go to Americans not only Louisiana but to the properly astonished party vying for the acquisition a much greater portion of the continent changed hands thanks to the French. That is a big chunk of turf. Just pesky Florida standing out, (that Spanish support as a colony or any other interest had waned considerably, mainly due to resources) and the dispute in the S.W. caused over boundaries established in the 1803 deal all that was left of Spanish influence. Britain at time of Onus treaty may have been still smarting from 1812 dust up with the U.S.. Why was everyone where they were politically relates, but who is orchestrating the whole mess?

Florida had nothing to do with the 1885 Beale Papers, nor the Adams-Onis Treaty that gave Florida to the US.
The 1885 Beale Papers are what it is, nothing more.

If you really believed that you wouldn't keep investigating the possibilities or continue to waste your time following these threads. Really dig into this history that's being explained.....a lot to learn when we continue to look much deeper.

You're wrong again. There have been at least three points in my theory that directly relate to Lynchburg/Bedford county region, all of them have been posted in these forums. But instead of looking into them you refuse to accept those very possibilities right out of the gate. Not much I can do about that.....

Let's face it, politics are boring. I hate investigating politics. However, if we want to really know what's going on in the world we have to understand politics because this is where all of the decisions are being made.

In our lifetimes we've experienced a very protected life, not a single war upon these shores, and so we have no clue what it was like when those very real threats were of daily concern. In our lifetimes we've always known this country's boundaries, nobody threatening to occupy or to take those lands away. In our lifetimes we have been groomed in the comfort of the laws of this land. We don't have a clue what the atmosphere was like in this country two hundred years ago when all of these looming threats and uncertainties were very real.

Two hundred years ago we were still trying to figure out how to feed a country, how to expand a country, and how to safeguard that country. Two hundred years ago the world was seeing a serious shift in the alignment of the super powers, nobody certain how it was all going to play out in the end. In our lifetimes we have experienced none of this. The number of duels resulting from just the insults and accusations in these forums likely costing many lives. Today we can do what we want and say what we want, the hell with who might offend. This wasn't the case 200 hundred years ago.

Today we call Hitler a tyrannical madman which is why you never see folks naming their children after this man. Today much of the world has been taught to see Napoleon under the same light, yet two hundred years ago people, many of them Americans, were naming their children after this man. Today there are countless namesakes carrying this man's name. Things were much-much different 200 years ago. How then, do we understand this difference if we don't investigate it, if we don't involve ourselves in those politics that were shaping it all? Bottom line, we can't, and so we will remain clueless.

In Europe a man is wreaking determined havoc across the landscapes at the cost of countless lives, in America folks are naming their children after him, landmarks are being given his name, and the US is negotiating with him. Do we even have a clue what was really happening in the world? When Hitler was tearing through Europe nobody here in the US was proudly naming their children and landscapes after him. These are the differences that we need to understand. If we don't wish to understand them then we will forever remain clueless to truth.

If one looks at the Risqué extended family tree, marriages, 2nd, 3rd cousins, etc, not only will you find Ward and Hutter, but also Kennerly, Otey, Hancock, Buford, Sherman, and Early, and these families were there in Bedford and Botetourt counties in 1821,and during the 2nd year of the Confederate War Why would these Virginian families have an interest in the politics of France?

You're still not understanding how the conflict in Europe was impacting the entire world struggle. Nor are you still understanding just how vastly different the times were here in the US during the effected period. You're still focused on the locals. Forget all of that, get it out of your head, first you have to understand what was happening in the world at the time, what people were really concerned with, and why there was such great divide of opinion here in the US in regards to all of this. You're still missing the big picture......the flame that was worth the candle.

Tell me Reb, why do you think the author chose the DOI? You do realize that this document represents the foundations of country and its principles, right? "The flame is worth the candle." This is what your author is trying to explain....what was at risk and what was being played out. The dates offered in the pamphlet, many of the names offered....it all tells a story if you're willing to look beyond local legend, myth, and lore.

I bet when Reavis was busted, they had the Beale Cyphers distributed to round up the goods. They are around the same time of these investigations in AZ

He was so rich he was traveling to all of these locations and making 'deposits' in St. Louis, San Fran, New York and elsewhere.....he even set up a proposed plan to create an "Irrigation System" in the valley,

They made numerous attempts to cover up some of the clues in the area by flooding the valley floor, where important markers were found, and they did all this to become "Mining Barons" of Arizona

The Stones in the Peralta Stone Sets are lined up with one starting point, and two end points......find the map, find the heart....place the starting point and chart the course to the troves from that point across a map of the US

The direction to the first trove in VA is 1819 miles at 11 degrees inclination, the date of the burial of the first.

The direction to the second trove in VA is 1821 miles at 12 degrees inclination, and the date of the second burial.

Look at the Direct Object, the spot in the letter J on the Declaration that JustinTime showed us, right near the hole that was dissolved to overlay on Bedford, VA, and walk the Peralta dotted line to the cave JustinTime found and you have the location found from the map drawn.

View attachment 1087700 View attachment 1087701

The numbers in the Beale translate to speak of a 'dissolution'....literally this diffused area made to look like the old town boundaries when Bufords was in business

You get a starting point, a full breakdown of the clues, a source, a location of two troves, a coverup with a massacre of the men, an investigation, a fraudulent forger who stole spanish gold. The man who forged this document was a 'Wizard' of the KGC, the Man named John Calhoun, with the spot on his hand. These marks are found on the Witch Priest Stone, and Reavis was under his employ to carve this wizard to look like Calhoun, and was a even stationed as a measly clerk and land claim guy in st louis...

How else could a guy in St louis go there and instantly become the largest baron in the area.....? with help from the Pres and Vice Pres of course.....

the codes also show mileage to San Fran, St. Louis, New Orleans, and a place called Supply, NC.....a port town, near an island called Oak Island, on the North Carolina Coastline
These are all the places he was building mansions and making investments, and he had business partners.....where did he get the money??? He was a forger who made up fake land claims to take control over the gold rich valley in the Supes and the Dragoons......

From 1803 Louisiana purchase to 1827 still some cases including Jim and John Bowie's fraudulent ones, in which claims were still being argued.
There was a land grab by many, where and however possible.

Note the Bowie Lafitte connexion during slave trade. 8-)

You're still locked in on a very minute part of the much bigger picture the author has painted for you. He gave you a history lesson from it's beginning to his present time. You need to understand all of that history or you will forever remain lost to all that you absolutely need to know. You can't start at the end.

LOL! I ALREADY know ENOUGH about "history" from the early foundation of America; don't give a RAT'S ARSE about MORE!
Peter Viemeister was following "2nd Year of the CONFEDERATE WAR" KEY, and then... PV, RIP. I am following up on his "clue"... Confederate Treasure Coverup WORKS for me. You just "follow-through" on YOUR search; STOP criticizing ME!
