Hey Stef45, this is a very common but very beautiful bottle! I always love finding these, the colour and embossing gives me a thrill every time.

This bottle was made by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company in the 1930s/40s. Milk of magnesia is used as an antacid, like Tums.

Not worth much to a seasoned bottle collector, but some people will drop a few bucks on these for the colour and elaborate embossing, they do make great decor.

Well thank you and I appreciate it. Yeah same team! I actually went through some technical training with some Canadian counterparts. They were good guys and liked to drink just as much as us!

We did an exchange with our Canadian counterparts back in the 80's. When they arrived at Pope AFB the first thing off the plane was a giant pallet of booze. We took a pallet of C rations (that's how old I am!).
