I had a friend pick up 2 boxes from her Credit Union back in Utah over Christmas break. I have not been thrilled with the boxes I have been getting from WF here in Northern California so I decided to do a variation on the road trip. I quick edge sort of the rolls (I'll check each coin later) revealed:

1999s Very nicely struck coin. It really stood out.
14 40% (7 in each box). Way better than the local boxes.
