This was another close battle. All the wheats that we found were common, but we did find a few cool others. We both searched $25 boxes, all rolls were plastic. They came from a BOA in Chesterfield, MI.
Tanner beat his dad by one wheat. He scored 10 wheats (oldest 1941) He did manage a few cool finds: a 1932 Canadian King George V. (We already have this for our Found in the Wild Canadian Book) The KGV's are rare finds for us, but more common than Indian Heads. He also found a 1945 King George VI and 1968 Panama cent. Dad managed just 9 common wheats (oldest 1945), 2 dimes and an odd 1991 cent with no copper (there is a little remaining on the back, there is some pitting on the front perhaps it was caused by chemicals. It does not stick to a magnet.
