1983 copper cents!
hi everybody! i know that some of you here go through lots of cents. i just wanted to say that on another forum i go to, somebody found one. i just wanted to tell everyone about this so you might be able yo find one. i got the story as the mint found some leftover copper in 1983 and decided to make some 1983 cents out of copper. so next time you go through cents, look at every 1983 cent you get and see if its copper. in don't know which mint did this, P or D but i know some are out there. i've actually heard that these could be worth around $12,000, but i doubt that much.

How would you tell if it's copper?
Banking off a Northeast wind, sailin' on a summer breeze

you can tell if its copper by weighing it or my favorite, using the meta; detector. my metal detector has a high tone for copper and a low tone for zinc.
