Need help identifing this coin

I found this coin or token metal detecting near a Univeristy. Been online reseaching this thing and have had no success! Does anyone know anything about it?

Hi graderman and welcome . I think I have found your coin, it's the 11th one down on the attached link . All it says is "India - Princely State of Gwalior km#171 1/4 Anna VS1970/74 (1913,1917)" with a photo, but from there you can probably get a value .
