Philippines. An easy way to identify coins (with readable characters - not Asian or Arabic symbols) is to put whatever phrase you can read into Google. There are usually enough hints in the search results that you can score a bingo. You might have to use quotes around the phrase if you don't get it on the first try.

The bottom right of the coin in the second picture says "PILIPINAS". I'm thinking it is from the Philippines.
