Obverse: Crowned generality shield between year, left side of the shield under the year a sword and on the right side of the shield under the year a caduceus this all in a pearl circle,
Reverse: Inside the pearl circle 2 lines in malaya, saperatoes roepijah, outside the pearl circle in Javanese sa para satoes roepijàh, on top a oval rosette.
