ALMOST pulled the trigger on the 1844 seated liberty dollar, but then I notice "0" feedback, then I noticed it was a CC mint, then I looked at the other auctions - ALL FAKES.

Almost had me!

Should I email the seller and tell him he is breaking the law by trying to sell counterfeit goods or notify Ebay?

Notifying him will do no good, as he will just ignore you. You need to tell eBay. They will unplug his account ASAP!

He actually doesn't say it's genuine, only "collectable". But he does represent it as "Mint condition", which it certainly is not!
