What do you think this $10 gold coin would grade?

I would have to say EF-40 to possibly EF-45. There seems to be quite a bit of wear on Miss Liberty's Hair and on the Eagle's Wings as well as quite a bit of nicks and dings on both the Obverse and Reverse and also on the edges of the rims. The glare in the pic also appears that it may be hiding that the coin may have been cleaned and pics taken in natural light are needed to determine otherwise.

Thanks everyone. My guess was XF40 but I didn't know how the dings and nicks would effect that.

Yup; took another look...definitely cleaned. The pot marks attracted my attention first.

Maybe I'm a bit conservative, but I don't think it makes XF. VF-30 maybe.
