Very short response time, and you must send a letter to each effected party and the court itself. It can be no more than 10 pages, lets stop the depublish drive by Kamela Harris and the corrupt state officials. Make sure you put the case number

The trouble with just coping letters and signing them to send in is that even if 1,000,000. of them are done that way , ALL of them only count as 1 comment ! the best way is to use these letters as a example to rewrite your own and leave comments that are specific to the law (point of law) so that they are counted as 1 comment by itself. and leaveing a point of law comment will force the courts to include your letter/comment to include it into the case. this WILL ensure that we are heard rather than disregarded!

This nasty lady has a history of information handling.

Judge Blames D.A. Kamala Harris for Crime-Lab Scandal | The Snitch | San Francisco | San Francisco News and Events | SF Weekly
"A San Francisco Superior Court judge has blamed San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris for the debacle that has grown out of misconduct at the San Francisco Police Department crime lab, saying Harris' office ignored its constitutional obligation to turn over information about police employees' criminal backgrounds to defense attorneys."

S.F. panel: Kamala Harris violated sunshine law - SFGate
"San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris' office violated local sunshine laws by failing to release internal documents requested by the campaign of her GOP opponent in the race for attorney general, a local advisory task force determined this week."

Just refuse to turn over information, or better yet legally hide it.
Disgusting.
