Great. Larger coin denominations are nice, unless they're steel instead of nickel.

Oh well, when I find a blob of rust in a salt-water beach I'll know who to thank.

I am surprised that aluminum coins have not been done in the U.S. yet. I rather dig an thousand aluminum cents than one more encrusted piece of crap zinc we call the Lincoln cent. why would you mint a coin that you can literally watch rot away right before your eyes.

Yep, and with all metals rising in value, COINS will all be plastic some day. They will be just like play money. :laughing9:

canadain $1 and $2 dollar steel coins at least they will stick to the coin star machine magnets better than the nickle ones do. --gotta find the "up side"
