Hey gang!!! I made it back from Key West. I did my best to eliminate that city of all their rum. I have some to say and have some pictures to post later. I think I saw my favorite t-shirt of all time............"I dont have ADD, do you have any milk and cookies, did you see those ducks?" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I love that place. The water was cool, the winds were gusting to 25 knots, but it is Key West.............PS did you miss me? More to follow...........2GF OUT

I hope you get your hot water working soon and inexpensively. No fun to be without hot water for sure. I have only had one home with electric hot water and it did go out on me. It seems if I remember right it was the top element. I know I bypassed one of the elements and it worked OK. Just had slower recovery time. I finally fixed it when I sold the house. I miss that house sometimes...A southern California A-frame in the San Bernardino mountains.
