Most likely the same way the one I just read about did.A guy is walking down the street minding his own business.Cops are patroling looking for 2 white guys suspects in a fight.They jump out of their patrol car and beat the hell out of the guy thats walking then arrest him.The guy spends 15 months in the slammer(he's 62) for walking down the street.He ends up winning 1.5 million.
