RTR what do you do for meat and eggs, local sources ?

edit: I understood what was coming when a new tomato variety was described as being developed specifically for the mechanical harvesters (they were right, green or red were equally hard)

They try to teach kids in school but they never give them the right assignments. Here is a little extra credit assignment. - buy a live chick, raise it to be a chicken, draw, quarter, and eat chicken. Those that try it will learn something you just can't get from a book- experience.

Our Local food outlets have a Hugh inventory of Organic...everything

And I usually have at least one freezer full of venison,that can be prepared a hundred different ways.

I take my venison scraps to a guy a few towns over. People come from all over the state to have him make sausage for them. Makes the best landjager, just like grandma used to make but venison.

Walleye and ducks I eat the day I catch them, geese and pike get smoked.- and it's all free-range organic!

But for the garden? Yeah I want straight potassim nitrate to mix in with other amendments, if I can get it.
