Yes, very nice. What state did they come from? We find them few and far between in Maryland.

Thank you,I think so too, that's why I can never part with these,I'll hand them down to the kids....it took me a long time to get to the best ones ..those are all circa 1700-1750...a mix of NY & PA...the black one on the right is ....conoy & traded for from a dear old friend in PA...the true "faceted" are getting really scarce....not to be confused with the imposter multi faceted beads of other areas....also the rarer colors like Amber & auqua.....the 2 crosses ,one on left is NY ,one on right is PA......cheers8-)

Smokeythecat......you should have sites in Maryland that would yield very similar types....I'm not from there so you would be the expert ,...but there are several sites littered throughout the Chesapeake ,and south on James n rappohannock rivers .. I think it's leaving Susquehannocks territory and getting into potowatami area, according to my research.....I was always fascinated by the Moll dyer story in Maryland ,that ties into the colonial era....rember colonial Jamestown is not too far away....the settlements were all along the east coast ...it wasnt just Plymouth etc
