Native American Artwork

So I stopped by a garage sale today and I spied these two beauties by the garage. I do not have any idea about them, but i have seen in the past that Native Artwork often caries a premium. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I don't have a clue on that.

I'd check with some of the Native American museums before selling it for such a low price.
Early or late if the artist is popular right now or if highly collectible one never knows.
