After two weeks of rainy weekends, we finally had a nice one here in Saint Louis. Went to about 20 different rummages and found a couple of nice things.

Free 10kt gold ring. Lady wanted $.50 but didn't have any change, so she just gave it to me.

Weird token, I paid $.25, posting in a different forum to try to find out more information. With the help of @MacKayDon, this is battered 350th Anniversary Luther's Reformation American Luthern Church Medal Oct 31 1867 (sterling)

Small box of Legos with decapitated and scalped Superman and Batman in it $1
Dr. Who Christmas Ornaments $.50
Vintage Yves St. Lawrence tie $1
The Muppet Show Board Game Free with purchase of a cheap dresser
Gas Mask $2 Says US on the forehead (I'm assuming military)
$2 Longaberger Kleenex Box
$1 Vintage Viewlex Slide Projector (works)

Lately the thrift shops just have not been producing.

Ring is a chunker!! Should have flipped her a five spot for good karma at least. Then again, you're karma seems to be in order. Haha! Great picks!!

r.jpg r1.jpg I'm not big into haggling. I just usually tend to give people what they ask. I was about to offer the lady money for the ring and then she told me to take it. I guess I have ok karma, since I work for a non-profit and tend to give to Charity pretty easily.

I tried a better photo of the ring but wasn't that successful with my camera phone. I can't make out the makers mark, as it tend to be a lot more blurred or rubbed down than the kt marking.

I think you need to have it tested by a pawn shop or some place. The shank on the ring does not look right. Might be because it is out of focus. (don't sell to the pawn shop, you could get more just having it melted)

10KHGE or something is what I'm thinkin'. Looks extremely dull for a new ring. I hope it's good!!
