The Old Garrett GTI 2500 Challenged The Garrett AT Pro Today Relic Hunting

That good old GTI 2500 hangs in the bedroom on a bookshelf. It's been seeking attention for some time, so today I took it out for a spin. I hunted with a body who was using his AT Pro. We both had a lot of fun! He beat me $$$ wise, as he go 2 loonies. The best I could do is a quarter......

I know what you mean john.my ol trusty gtax 1250 got to go for a walk sunday.That ol beast still rocks.two 925 rings and a merc.the best hunt for me in weeks.funny how that works.my atp still holds my top 5 best hunts record tho.

I think with the cold weather they're more into hot drinks.

Yes...something like that. Mines from the 1920. Also had 3 in a pack. Instructions indicated it could be reused....

I don't think that I have ever heard a negative comment about the 1250. A great coin and jewelry shooter is has always been and remains so today.

We have too many! If I posted them, I would run out of space for the better finds.

The GTI 2500 is just one narly machine put the new 8.5X 11 DD coil on your 2500 and it will hit a lot more targets than the AT !! I have one on mine and it really hits a lot more targets !!!

That's one coil I have never used on the GTI 2500.

I've been considering the 10x14 "PROformance Power DD Elliptical" for my GTI 2500...any feedback/experience with it? I haven't had any luck finding user reviews.
