i like to be able to hold something in my hand that may have been there a 100 years people walking over it ect... and i get to find it .. wonder who had it , was it important to them, just the mystery of it all .

benny likes it for the history of it , every time he finds anything "we" usually me has to look it up for him right away.

I'm a third generation treasure hunter. So I guess it's in my blood! Thing is, the passion didn't "wake up" till I was Nineteen. Now it's an unstopable love of history and treasure that drives me. Even a coin that is only 1 year old has seen some things I haven't.

Here's my top reasons . . .

6. You learn about science, physics, electronics. :icon_scratch:
5. It keeps you physically fit. :walk: :walk:
4. It gets you out into nature, enjoying the outdoors. :icon_cat:
3. You get to meet all kinds of people, and 99% great folks. :love5:
2. You learn about local history, the culture and progress of the areas you hunt. :read2:
1. You find and keep some really cool stuff! :laughing9:
