around here it is ok. i have never once had a problem. just dig neat plugs and you should be fine. i should probably add that i never go during school hours.

Hi Papa
Most counties in Virginia will tell you that you are not allowed to TH public land but I have yet to find many that have a law or ordnance against it. Fairfax county does but I have never been asked to leave once they see all the junk I am removing. I also do not search while classes are in session.

Papa, I hunt school grounds alot. I have never been challenged. The last place I hunted, a teacher asked me if I was there to find a ring that someone lost. Go on weekends, you will be fine.

Papa,

Gonna start doing some schools across the border in the very southwest tip of Virginia. Doesn't seem to be any problems down this way either with permission.
