I haven't used the T-2 yet, but it if it is like the new Fisher F75, you can save your money. It works ok for now, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship.

I'll chip in my 2cents, just an opinion anyhow but I picked up the DFX for less than the on line could offer it, right around $800.

Take the left over money and get some of the other things you may need.

It seems most of use are partial to whatever brand/model we ourselves are using, not unusual I suppose.

SCT was correct, "Greg" has given me some great advice and is very knowledgable in this industry in general.
